Very efficient and prompt service. Staff are very helpful. Repaired my specs in 10 minutes without even asking from where i have bought it. Kudos for genuine customer service.

Great! As a local of Darjeeling no cap ! This is the best place for all optical problems and cosmetics (sunglasses) , very very good service employes were all good gentleman, one can know their expertise with their crazy fast service and politeness I'm impressed, people might even think I'm exaggerating but nah I can't explain the taste of sugar for those who haven't, if you are somewhere near Darjeeling or in Darjeeling with an eye problem this is the place no cap ! I've been their customer for like a year , recently with my carelessness I removed my screw and called them and boom soon as I reached there and showed them what happened boom fixed within minutes!!!!! In the end I'll say best of the best in Darjeeling idk about other branches
