Titan Eye+ at Diamond Harbour, Kolkata

This titan showroom is really good. They have a huge range of collection for wrist watches and specs. Cleanliness and well decorated showroom may let you feel very expensive but here any people can come because they have collections for everyone. Staffs are very well behaved. Overall experience is very good 👍

HORRILBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!I have been using glasses of Titan crystal range for past 3 months. Suddenly I have seen that the inner steel of my glasses is rusted. Then I went to the nearest Diamond Harbour showroom (from where I have bought it )and I complained about it but they said that NOTHING CAN BE DONE! I have used fastrack specs for approx 5 years but still I don't have this kind of experience 😶.colour has not faded even rust also never happened. It still looks like new. Now I will think twice to buy titan specs.

Excellent assistant . Recently, I have visited the showroom and ordered for two specs . I am very much delighted with their service . I strongly recommend for their showroom .🥰

Very poor and bad service, coz I claimed a eyeglass due to damage of frame last 15 days ago when I claimed this product person tell me it will be solved max 7 days and the frame rate will approx 1000 max but till 15 days crossed and now they told me frame rate is 2000 is this a service received from a branded eye showroom, shameless service

Staff behaviour are too good

I recently booked an eye test at the Titan Eye Plus store located in Diamond Harbour for April 15, 2024. However, upon arriving at the store on time for my appointment, I was surprised to find out that the doctor was not available. Unfortunately, Titan Eye Plus did not inform me beforehand about this inconvenience. The lack of communication and the inconvenience caused by the unavailability of the doctor significantly detracted from my experience with Titan Eye Plus. As a customer, I expected better service and transparency regarding appointments. It's disappointing when businesses fail to meet these basic expectations. Overall, my experience at the Diamond Harbour store of Titan Eye Plus was not satisfactory. I hope that they improve their communication and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future to provide better service to their customers.

Staff behavior is very good . Titan eye+ and Titan world is my favourite store for purchasing specs and watches. I have visited the store many times. The staffs have helped me everytime to select the products. The optometrist, Rini di, has throughly checked my eyes . I recommend everybody to visit the store for a great experience. 👍
