For emergency it is good for primary check up. But doctor prescribed too much medicine unnecessary.

The Staff Are So Disrespectful….If Someone Has Poor Eyesight They Literally Laugh At Them , No Basic Manners They Have , This Place Was Recommended To Me By Someone And So I Went There But I Did Not Like The Service. We Had To Wait For 2 Hours And During The Checkup The Doctor Just Disappeared…. The Rest Of The Staff Was Ill Mannered And Did Not Even Talk Respectfully !!!!

Horrible and absolutely disrespectful behavior from the receptionist and the staff. They have no respect for anyone's time. They made us wait for 3 hours with no update as to when our turn will come. At times of COVID they have no provision for patient's safety. Everyone just had to wait in a small cubicle with no social distancing guidelines being followed.

We went there due to the past experience with the very capable doctor who runs the place. Unfortunately the front desk person is a foul mouthed, rude, arrogant and ill mannered ruffian who was mis treating all patients and their accompanying folks. Comments, translated from Bengali " why do you guys just show up here'". We went elsewhere as this nincompoop kept heaping profanities.

It was my first time visit a few months back. Had a pleasant experience. The doctor available is skilled and patiently listens to every problem.

Very bad attending staff behaviour . they treat everyone like low class don't know how to talk even. I have visited so many doctors in durgapur but never got treated like this. They made us wait intentionally for 3 hrs.

Worst doctor.. only know how to gossip.. I was almost on the verge of loosing my vision completely if continued her medicine.. Do not recommend it to anyone Please save your eyes save yourself Do not ever visit here
