Very Bad, the After Sales service was one of the worst. Went there to get the frame of my glasses fixed (brought from Titan Eye Plus themselves), they ended up damaging the lens of the Spectacles itself. Absolutely poor service Quality

This place is very bad especially the staffs are useless. They have no work other than making fool of people. For everything they say no. No warranty, no free service. There frames are total waste. My lenders got scratch within 4 months but when I approached the store they did nothing. Then I contacted customer support directly and they arranged a free replacement of my lenses. All their staffs should be terminated immediately.
