Doctor's behaviour is soo polite and soft spoken.. Nd only i am giving rating 1 star for the receptionist.. They r just taking extra and very bad behaviour.. Just they dont know how to spoke.. Nd just insulting patients infront of other patient.. Making fun of the patient.

Very bad and rude staff after seeing the latest comment I also couldn't hold back but to share my experience that is the doctor gave me my power as 3 however my power is actually 1 but I spent 15000 on my lenses as recommended by the doctor but after telling him that it was wrong the staff start cursing me and the doctor also did the same

Very bad staff behaviour had no shame in discriminating us on our way of clothing and on the fact that we are a little slow in bengali not only that the doctor gave wrong axis of the power which we ofcourse didn't knew after that I order my lenses which cost about 10000 but because of the wrong axis I was seeing blur in my left eye but after approaching the doctor about the problem he started accusing us of being wrong rather than accepting his mistake now I am stuck with a 10000rs worthless lenses

One of the best for eye treatment.Dr Chandan Paul is one of the best in Howrah.He is available Except Saturday .Everyday Lots of people come here for check up and for surgery also. Choker Aloy is located near Kona expressway and the name of the stoppage is Belepole. Excellent place from where you may get transport easily.Nearest Railway station is Santragachi and RAMRAJATALA.This place is also near Howrah Sports complex.

Good for eye power testing only. Cataract operation of my father done by the doctor result is total failure. The operated eye has become almost non-visible. After operating doctor remarks its due to age factor. Why he has not informed this before operating? Is it only for snatching money? So, be careful.

The one who handles the calls, lacks education. Tried to register for a patient and the receiver's attitude was so bad, i decided to go for Drishti. Try to be good human being first, you can be a good receptionist later. I am changing the review to 5 star because of the doctors available. The visiting charge is only 70/-. Doctors are so polite and grounded, it feels good to visit the place.

Although the behavior of Doctor is good, but the behavior of the representative at the counter is excessively bad. Your representative thinks he is oversmart, And the registration time for appointment by phone is odd 8:15 am to 8:45am, the process of confirming the appointment at many big hospitals or clinics is not so complicated.
