It is exactly beside Mouri gram railway station. Very neat and clean hospital. Most of the stuff’s behaved very gently. Timing- 8am to 5pm. If you have an appointment- 200/- Without appointment-250/- (Call 5/7 days before for appointment)

My father's recent appointment with Dr. Biplab Saha was deeply disappointing. The doctor's behavior was shockingly unprofessional. He was very rude not even listening our problem He was dismissive, rushed, and showed a complete lack of empathy. I felt as though my father's concerns were completely disregarded. I would strongly advise anyone seeking compassionate and respectful medical care to look elsewhere."

Absolutely horrible experience. I was a regular patient at Disha. Recently I visited Disha and forgot to collect my glass prescription. I called Disha and they told me to send them an email. I did that but it's been 12 hour and they still didn't send me the prescription, but they assured me that they will give me within 4-5hours. Will never visit again.

The third class hospitality. The behaviour off the staff, their timings are wrost. They don't guide properly. If you ask anything they answered "we don't know". The number that given Website they don't receive it after several time we call they do not respond....... If The timing of the OT (DCR) 11 am they do it at 3pm and because their close time is 5 pm observesion time is just nothing and they descharge the patient immediately in 1hr. Don't come here. Wrost 3rd class hospital.

Disha Eye hospital in Mourigram Branch staff behaviour is very bad. They have no official Launch time. I told them and the staff rude on me. Also Doctor have no time. They know only Business.

Unfortunately, many of the positive reviews seem unreliable. My experience was quite disappointing and far from what was promised. This establishment is particularly unsuitable for senior citizens, as the staff offers little assistance despite their polite demeanor. The processes are unnecessarily complex, there is poor time management, and the technicians and staff show a lack of sensitivity towards senior citizens.

Doctors are good...but there is a problem sending patient to doctors...The appointment slip is to be submitted before...and after some time when those slips are collected they are turned over...and thus the patient who submitted appointment slip last goes to the doctor first...and there are many little problems... which cannot be understood if not directly faced in that situation or problem....

One of the popular eye hospital of Howrah. This hospital has so many branches all over West Bengal. Disha eye hospital of Mourigram is located beside Mourigram railway station (South eastern railway). Doctors are well experienced and they take good care of all patients. One thing to be mentioned that Low Vision Care is not up to the mark in this hospital.
