Worst and unprofessional doctor in howrah. These mc, bc will never pick call for appointment booking. Doctor's behavior is very rude and unprofessional.

I don't know why so many negative comments about him. Don't listen to anyone just go and visit him, he is really good and he does his work very nicely. He will make you very comfortable. I know him for more than 10 years and there are many patients who come to see him from very far. To book an appointment you can go around 6pm, doctor comes at 7 or sometimes earlier. So no need to contact just visit.

The experience has been pathetic. Right from getting an appointment to getting checked. I had to travel 5km to first get an appointment as they won't take appointment over call and later when my father went for checkup he was DENIED checkup as he didn't have cash and they would ONLY accept cash. Such is the scenario of our nation! When even street vendors are accepting UPI, a reputated and dignified doctor denies the same!

I thought that doctors swore to look after their patients at all times but I couldn't be more wrong in his case. I had a mishap where some drop of acid made contact with my eyes directly. I went to his chamber immediately. As soon as my mom and I entered, the receptionist said rudely to my mom to get out. She explained to him that i had an emergency situation still he replied sternly. The doctor was there right in front of our eyes and he not even heard us and also said to go away in a very rude condescending manner . He was truly showing how prideful he was and how he didn't give two cents about his patients. We just returned back sad. I was very heartbroken not because he didn't attend me but because my mother had to listen to their rude comments for me. I wish no one visits him. I wish I could give negative stars. Many people have given such low ratings and one thing is common between all is that he has no manners to talk to his patients and doesn't care how his employees behave towards people in need.

The doctor has good knowledge but thinks he is the god of eyes and his patients are mere peasants who don't deserve basic politeness and ethics. He talks to patients as if they are animals, shouts at them whenever he likes and uses rude language. His staff is also inefficient. Go to him only if you can swallow disrespect for no reason at all.

Very rude behaviour... Has good experience... But he doesn't know how to treat humans.. if you ask anything twice than be prepared to get scolded for no reason.. The doctor needs to change his superior arrogant attitude. And the patients should be getting the valuable service for what they are paying the overhiked fees for...

My mother was suffering from brain tumor and we visited to him n she couldn't walk so i asked doc that could you treat my mom first as she couldn't wait nor talk properly and not be able to sit... For no reason he yell at me And asking me to wait But the day before i come n took permission, but he denied and said no you didn't come n all he yelled bad After 10 min later he said okay call your mom After seeing her condition he apologized to me 4-5 times. So i think you should always listen to your patient

WORST OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Please spare 2 minutes reading this if you are planning to consult this inhumane doctor. By far the worst doctor I have come across in my life. He is no right to be called a doctor, someone who yells at his patients for his own faults and asks them to leave hi clinic. In terms of hygiene, especially in the time of COVID-19, no safety precautions are taken. You won’t find the norms of social distancing being followed. His receptionist doesn’t even wear a mask. I was asked to be in his clinic by 10 AM. And my appointment number was not 1 or 2. When I reached there at 9:55, there were already 20 patients waiting. But the doctor was nowhere to be seen. I enquired twice if he was in, but his receptionist didn’t bother to answer properly. I am a working woman and I value time a lot. All they would say is he’ll be in before 11 AM. At 10:50 I again enquired the receptionist and told him if this was the case, he shouldn’t have asked me to be at his clinic by sharp 10 AM. He happened to enter at that time and said if you are in hurry, leave. And then again, he summoned me to his chamber. As I was about to enter, he inhumanly asked me to stand at the door and told me that if I were to get my eye check up done by him, I need to wait couple of hours. I said in that case, I shouldn’t be given an appointment at 10 AM. To wait for 20-30 mins is ok but beyond shouldn’t be the case. To this, he raised his voice and started yelling at me and said to leave his clinic right away. I told him humbly that this is not the way a doctor talks to his patients. To this he replies, this is the way he talks to patients who refuse to wait for him for hours and asked me to leave his clinic.
