I rated this hospital to 2 out of 5 for its sluggish administration. Everyone in this organization are very hardworking and very polite to patients except that one lady who holds the administration position. If I am not wrong Disha is an eye care hospital and not a fashion show counter. We are very disappointed about this type lower class administrator behavior. Her controls and orders in organization discourage other employees and force them to do wrong things and entire time she busy to maintain her beauty. It’s my request to Drishti Disha Eye Care to change their unprofessional administrator to someone who have some professional ethics as well as behavior like Disha Eye Hospital Barrackpore branch have or else it’s quite suggestable to liquidate this branch. 😡😡

I regularly visit Dristi Disha Clinic for specially my child's checkup along with my family.Whereas I am impressed doctor's expertise, I am highly disappointed with my overall experience today. While I called reception today to get my next schedule, the calling dept of reception didn't bother to confirm the same even after holding my call more than 13 minutes. It looks like they keep the phone just beside them after receiving the call and forget to answer back to me. This is not the first time rather 2nd time(few days back same thing happened) and compelled me to share my feedback. I am sharing my call history screen shot for better understanding. Additionally I must say it's a kind of ill-mannered behavior and lack of cooperation to any patient,which greatly affects the overall perception of the clinic.

this is a good hospital for anything eye related. The staff here is well behaved and helpful. The hospital is equipped with modern machines and neatly maintained. You can choose your preferred doctor from the doctors available that day. Overall a good place to get your eyes checked and the doctors are reliable.

I recently visited Dristi Disha Clinic for my parent's checkup, and while the doctor's expertise was commendable, I was highly disappointed with my overall experience. The waiting time was incredibly long, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, I encountered a lady manager who displayed extremely rude and ill-mannered behavior, especially towards my elderly Mother. Her lack of cooperation and outright rudeness tarnished what could have been a positive experience. Such behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting and greatly affects the overall perception of the clinic.

I first visited here in September, 2023. In my second visit today I am totally disappointed. I booked appointment on 8 th May for today's consultation. I was told to come at 10.30 am. After all necessary checkups I am still waiting in the clinic 4 area. The receptionist is saying children are allowed to go first, then emergency cases, and after all them the other patients will go. This was not mentioned while booking consultation or while paying. If there is such rule then the hospital authority must have seperate department for paediatric, emergency and general patients. A total mismanagement is going on here. It is almost 1 pm now and till 10.30 am I am waiting. Don't know when my turn will come. I would like to draw attention of the authority in this whole management issue.
