Good behaviour of all staff. The glasses are also fabulous. I bought two glasss both are very good.

I ordered power glasses, they said they would deliver in 3 days, but it's been a week since I received any phone calls or messages. Even though I made the full payment. Good customer service, but unable to deliver on time.

The store staff is extremely cooperative and helpful. They provide suggestions and solutions that are really good and up to the mark. Highly recommended for anyone looking for getting new eye wear.

Pathetic experience.I was delivered a new spec with loosely fitted lense. I submit it and ask them to repair / replace . After 2 days, they have delivered the same loosely fitted lense and literally forced me to accept it. Lot of dramas are there to grow business, provide good rating and feedback, pay 10% extra to buy membership but if u face issue no resolution is there. They will be wasting ur time . I can visit a store twice but not more than that to resolve the issue with new spec. I have specs from Lawrence & Mayo/GKB / Himalaya/ Titan Eye/ RC GHOSH and even from local store but they never provide me specs wlth loosely fitted lense.Just like normal users now when I touch the frame sometimes to place/keep it on eye or touch the lense to clean, I experience the looseness of lense fitted within that frame.So buyers, please be careful and you should be lucky enough to get a issue free normal spec from this store.
