Netrajyoti Eye Care Centre

I happened to visit Netrajyoti Eye Care Centre, Bally, Howrah for cataract surgery of my wife on 1st June'2024. The behavior of Surgeon Dr Susanta Mukherjee is excellent. Staff members are also very polite and helpful. Charges are quite reasonable. I am very much satisfied with their service.The Institute is highly recommend for occular treatment under an experienced surgeon.

I am coming here for last 22 years and all my family eye problems are treated with utmost importance and care by the doctor. I have not faced any challenges in taking appointment as the receptionist is always very helpful in nature..even he reminded for the appointment with phone call and if any re-scheduling happened. I will recommend it is as a one stop solution for eye problems..

Dr Susanta Mukherjee is a well-known doctor in this locality. But his behavior with patients is very rude. Although I was speaking politely and promptly answered all his questioned, and also never asked any silly questions, but through out the examination he was very restless.

Doctors are great when it comes to diagnosis and medication. But the behavior of receptionist is not professional at all. That is why 3/5

Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional.. no AC where patients are resting and also some expenses should be included in packages for which extra amount we have to pay..

Rude receptionist. Replace him with someone who knows how to behave with patients. Remember that the patient pays for the services rendered.

Yeah man...the receptionist is too rude...by taking an emergency appointment he is acting as if he is doing me a personal favour.

Too bad..... receptionist behaviour is horrendous but doctors are fine.
