Rude staff, rude dr Purban ganguly, they will take consultation fees only to tell you to take more tests. Hence whenever booking appointment please book Dr Saikat instead of Dr Purban ganguly

Very happy with the overall experience at Sunetram Eye Centre. Clean and well maintained facilities with latest equipment. Special mention to the amazing staff members who are so polite, child friendly and always ready to help with a smile.

Sunetram is extremely good . Dr Saikat Jana is a excellent. The staff are also very good, sincere,cooparative, well behave..Me & my two son r old patient of the institute. I am highly satisfied. Thank you & keep it up.

Sunetram Eye Hospital is very nice every staff is very nice and eye examination is done here with state of the art equipment.Good atmosphere.

Staffs are not co- operative and the overall experience is very bad . We travell approx 20km to check up eyes but at the end staffs are saying they don't have change of 500 rs as doctor fees is 250 . After that we initiate phonepay transfer also and the same debited from my bank account but they continuously saying not received any amount and they are not showing any statement also to us . Ultimately after all this they not allowed us for the check up and money also not refunded .

Good eye physician with much patience to listen to the issues. Explains the status and mode of treatment. Only one thing remains in my wishlist is the need for a website for sunetram to get more connectivity and share information about the available facilities. All the best.

Good behaviour and excellent treatment

Well I had taken by Dad for just a normal eye checkup seeing the reviews, But I never expected to have an aweful experience, below in words - 1. total duration on the visit - 2hrs 10mins. They had put some liquid ointment in the eye, which no information was provided to the patient, I had sneekingly capture a photo and later check! 2. for my dad both +(plus) and -(minus) power is required, the assistant lady seems to have taken the power for only (negative) 3. My dad while talking to the doctor - asked upon questions as that while the lady checked for the power he was still not satisfied as he was not clear on the read, what could be expect here!! The assistant lady ask my dad to go out and sit multiple times during my dad conversation with the Doctor, Manners!! Absolutely aweful!! Then a paper comes out of the doctor chamber, viola update your power. What a pathetic experience. no proper conversation with the Doctor. Never going back! I see very good review by other folks, but to me this is what is !
