Staff were very courteous and polite. Service was awesome. Nirupama helped us find the frame that suited us. Would recommend this place and would come again.

I recently visited this Tata company outlet, and while the brand's reputation is impeccable, my experience was slightly marred by some inconsistencies. Although the staff were extremely polite, there seemed to be some confusion - I was asked to choose a frame before my eye test, only to be told later that it wouldn't suit me. The alternative frame suggested was unfortunately too small for my face. Despite these hiccups, I applaud the staff's courteous demeanor. Overall, I'd give 4 out of 5 stars - for the brand's reputation and for the in-store experience.
