Staff behaviour is pathetic. They are nonchalant about customers’ enquries. Doesn’t bother to clarify the questions. Both the men and women have attitude problem. Have been seeing this for years now. And collection is very poor. A few frames to choose from.
Very bad behaviour from the staffs which I didn't expected at all. They said eye test will not be conducted today as they don't have staffs. Moreover the service provided to customers by the staffs is not appreciable at all.
