Very nice showroom. Collection stock is much more. The stuff's use is also very polite

The shop contain huge variety of frames and all the staffs are friendly.

The service is very good. I had been to the store with the sole purpose of putting the lens of my mother's glasses into another frame. Neither the frame nor the glasses were from Titan Eye+. Despite that, the staff did what we wanted and that too, free!!! The team is very hospitable and polite. Very positive atomosphere!

One of the best optical i ever seen i recenty made a spectacal in himalaya in jalpaiguri but i didn't setisfied with that but after a made a glass with titan and the person Gourab take mine mesrment and all abd withh the resonable price also im quite setisfide with titan specialy recommended please do visit jalpaiguri titan eye+fir a bettet exprince thankyou so much team titan for making my eyesight briter than a other optical highly recommend..

The shop does not have a huge collection of frames.The female representative's behavior is very polite but the other sales person's behavior is quite rude. Customer service is very unsatisfying. I ordered a spec which costs above 6000rs but the money is totally wasted. I couldn't use the spectacle. The lens quality is very poor. After so many visits to the shop they couldn't fix it. They didn't send it to the company where it could be checked further. Now the spec is completely unusable. Even the small optical shops in Jalpaiguri fix or replace your lens if the lens is defective then why Titan, a reputed company lack this very  basic customer care feature? Not recommending this shop at all.

All products are awesome.. very nice environment and too polite and humble behaviour of the staffs. excellent collections of frames.. and they will suggest you untill you find the perfect frame..❤️.I have visited this store last Sunday . They offer me free eye test after my eye test I can clearly say they are provide Best and Quality eye check up . Am happy with the product and price. I will give 10 out of 10 to their overall performance.❤️
