Titan Eye+ at Rishi Road, Kalimpong

The staff was incredibly humble and patient. I got my lenses here, and the in-store delivery was impressively fast. I’ll definitely be revisiting and would highly recommend this place!

My recent experience with Titan showroom Kalimpong is very disappointing.Few months back I bought glasses from Titan Eye plus Kalimpong .The frame of the glasses seemed to be defective as within a few days of wearing the glasses ,the frame just expanded sideways each day which caused a lot of trouble and discomfort in my eyes.I went to the shop for fixing the same few times but the problem didn't stop ,maybe the frame was defective .For the last time I went to the shop with another similar frame which was bought from the same shop last year and asked them to fix the glasses in my old frame which they did not do and made excuses like isme nahi hoga aap kuch din baad aayega hamara technician chutti par hai etc.So I had to visit another shop who fixed the same glasses in my old frame.I would have not given the review but the man in the reception counter on my last expressed his desire to give my feedback on their services.

My interaction with Mr Ram was very pleasant. He is cooperative, knowledgeable, patient and eager to serve. The range of products are good, prices are competitive and there is always the reassurance of buying something of quality from a well known company. They also undertake to clean your lenses free of cost which is an added bonus since self cleaning always tends to leave scratches. Makes sense to invest a couple of minutes and give it to the expert.

My interaction with all staff was very pleasant .They all are cooperative and experience to serve . The range of products are good, prices are good as per the products. They also provided a life time services of the products and a guaranty in all the products.

The service provided by Titan Eye plus has been wonderful. They also provide free eye testing, specs repair, cleaning services. Ram Shan and Roquiya has been very helpful with the entire process from choosing to delivery a perfect product.

First time I was visiting in turn eye plus Kalimpong , the service I was got is really excellent, I testing my eye sigh by optometrist Mr. Ram , he was really knowledgeable and he understood my eye sight problem . And given me good suggestions for using blue filter glasses , that’s help me for using computer and mobile , then I was Oder 2specs , thank you for services and giving us nice suggestions.
