The system is awful. Sometimes they don't even pick up the phone(number mentioned on the prescription) for name registration. Whenever you call in the given numbers either it says busy or switched off. It's extremely frustrating.

Oh ! This is definition of care or a medical service… all the stafs are here very polite and most caring …. Best of thing All the stafs are except receptionists adddress to the women patients By ‘ MAA ‘ . Inspite of some negetive are needs to be changed ! Number 1 > Doctor of first room should to sit the patients opposite of patients chair not to let them sit face to face . Number 2 > Room selection makes gather and much disturbance here ! Number 3 > Eye drop taken patients must not not let them sit among all the patients! Number 4 > Receptionists must know how far the patients coming from ! They knew and listened few times that we were coming form far then they talked none but on our leaving time stafs were asking us why we ton told them that we were coming from far ….

Doctors are good but the system is awful. Too many patients, too little time. At a time more than one patients are sent to doctor's room. As a result, doctors don't (or can't) give their full attention to you. If you need to explain your case history, you can't. There's no time. Also, you won't feel comfortable discussing with doctor when other patients are also in the same room. What's the point of the waiting area if you have to send more than one patients to the doctor's room? My suggestion, please allot more time per patient. Limit how many patients you'll allow per day. Not all cases can be explained to doctor that quickly.
