This is the second time I visited this place. On my first visit my power was -2.75 diagnosed by doctor. On the second visit I didn't carry my first prescription doctor checked my glasses and said your power has increased by -.25, you can keep the glasses as it is or if you planning to make new one then show this new updated power but he mentioned the power -3.75. I have no idea how it increased from -2.75 to -3.75 if my power increase only .25. Rather than that when you'll call them they will confirm you to come immediately before me there were two patients who waited there for 1.5 hours after there confirmation they came. They will make you buy one mask irrespective of you are wearing mask or not,they are saying cloth mask is not allowed. They are charging 10 Rs for 5 Rs mask. It is just a normal sergical blue colour one time use mask.

Behaviour of Receptionist was not good. She was very rude to me and argue with patient. They should take care of it.
