Worst customer support,The staff tells lie ,they sold me a spectacle saying it can be repaired if broken,but when it broke they said it is not to be repaired and I have to buy new ones but fortunately the specs were repaired in another shop also specs cost are higher.I will never suggest this shop,very bad very very bad

Bought new glasses after that I was taking some pics of frames in the showcase to recommend that frames to my friend, but one staff member literally shouted!! Ordered me to delete the pics and said not allowed to take pics. The behaviour of the staff is outrageous. Never ever going to visit again. Worst experience as a customer.

Very bad and rude staff behavior. They don't answer your queries. And phone numbers provided are useless. Nobody lift the phone. Worst... 👎🏻

I have become very disappointed when I appeared here on 26 th November 2021at evening.So many times I have requested to enlist my name or to visit myself.but they are all negelcted me for visiting to the Doctor.Owner and staff are very arrogant.Pls avoid this Optical

The staff is rude and ill mannered. Never going to visit again. And will suggest my family friends not to go too.

That shop provide good quality spec,, and branded lens also
