The service is good, thanks to the courteous, cooperative and amicable staff. Hope they maintain this standard in future as well.

Had a great experience there bought a eyeglass for which they had also done a free eye checkup in detail. They also had a great range of eyewear from all categories and from famous brands like Titan Eye+, Fast-track, Ray-Ban etc. So you had the options to choose from different price range. Specially all staff's behaviour is also very good. I would totally recommend to go there for any eye related products.

Very poor service! I am wearing specs from last 30 years. Never had such bad experience! I have ordered a pair of specs worth 7000 and they have made it wrong. I can't see through it properly and I had to use my old specs. I had to visit the store twice for the adjustment but they failed. They are saying our head is saying correct means it's correct, nothing to do with my comfort. There's a lady who is really inefficient. Beware of her!

This was my third visit in last one year. The staff is very cordial. The Optometrist Sumita, knows her job and she is pretty sincere. Sahir is also very efficient and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.

Excellent supportive staff member, goof facility & collection. Reasonable prices on frames which are assured to last long. Have been using Titan frame for more than a year now. Visited store for repairs and had my problem fixed.
