Puspa Optics

On Dec 04, 2024, I bought spectacles worth 2100/- with a rim and glasses, which I ordered some days before delivery. I ordered black temples, but they provided white temples, arguing that they didn't find black temples. Also, their ARC is the worst. At least it doesn't work for me. Waste of money. I'm not a new customer. And I (and my father) have been buying from here for the last 5 years. But this was the last time. I will never visit again. Their behavior is good.

One can have a fantastic experience at Pushpa Optics! The staffs are very friendly, knowledgeable, and make people feel at ease. The eye exam is thorough and efficient, and the doctor takes the time to explain everything clearly. The facility is modern and clean, with state-of-the-art equipment. For the spectacles/ eyewear part, there's no push selling & a very good collection of modern, trendy spectacle frames at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Pushpa Optics for eye care needs.

Came here to consult with Prof. Dr. S Chatterjee. The doctor is real good. Hats off. Main culprits are shop guys. They will let enter their known customers on priority. No token system, no first come first serve basis one can expect. I waited for 2.5 hr for doc consultation. Disgusting experience.

Just Excellent Dr. Amalesh Panda is a gem of a person whiteout even telling full he understand the full problem of mine. Highly recommended. The staffs are very friendly and experienced. Overall good experience and very very happy.

I have given 3 stars because there is no UPI payment facility in the shop. I went there and wanted to pay my money via gpay while repairing my glasses but they told me no online payment facility, only cash
