Pathetic services from staff and management.On 28th April 2025 my mother cataract surgery was done.After surgery we did not get discharged summary and final bills and lens box.One old woman had gave medicine list and explain the details.After that she told me you need to buy medicine kit from pharmacy.if I asked some questions,she unable to answer.Hospital did not give any do and don't documents.Then I went to pharmacy (old woman).I told her give me the medicines.But she told me you have to purchase medicine kit where you get medicine, tissue,glass.I am surprised every hospital gave glass as free after cataract surgery but with out purchasing medicine kit you will not get glass.We have experience with cataract surgery other hospitals.They suggest us clean eye by making cold of boil water and cotton.But in sankar jyoti eye hospital force to buy costly medicated wipes included in medicine kit.As I did not buy medicine kit, Pharmacy woman did not informed me that tomorrow check up time change from 11am to 2pm.Next day we came for check up at 11 am.But we came to know that doctor will come after 2 pm.I am surprised with hospital services.

Very good experience after surgery vision was clear very happy for visit here.

The "Sankara Jyoti eye institute" is the best institute for eye .If a person affected by any eye problem must visit. Very care volunteers and specialist doctor treat the disease. Thankyou Sankara Jyoti eye institute .
