Service quality is good, staff are very friendly. But I faced a problem, I have bought one fossil eyewear with a rodenstock lens and a john jacob eyewear with brown powered lens, they have just provided a rodenstock certification card. I have made a purchase of rs 17070, though I didn't get lenskart bags on delivery, they only provided a certification card, no Fossils gift hamper. The cleaning cloth, which is provided in the Fossils box, is very cheap in quality; it's not even micro fiber cloth. Please look into this matter, I have already purchased glasses before from lenskart but that's a different branch, that was a good experience. Please look into this matter, I'll wait for the response.

Lenscart is overrated. It's service is not upto the mark. I bought it for 5700. Now they are telling that it will be repaired at my risk. Moreover they asked for 5000 more to get it repaired at my risk and for an extra spects. How shameless they are!! After two weeks, I tried its repair from local shop. They changed the frame very easily at the cost of 500 rupees. Barrackpore lenscart staffs are really big frauds.

Update: It is nice to know that Lenskart takes reviews seriously, I mailed them as per the review response and one set of spctacles have been replaced. Thankful for having a window opened after the store employee closed the main door on our face. I wanted to give it a 5 star and will probably do it the next time I buy a new pair and get a better service, although it would take time for us to recover from this and decide to go back, it took longer nonetheless but looking forward to a brighter relationship ahead. Used to be good, the service was so good that I got my whole extended family to become lenskart members. Spent upwards of a lakh rupees. But now this place is so bad that I have to contemplate my decisions of doing so. They only pay attention to you if you are there to buy new and won't bother paying even an ear if you have to get something rectified. Atrocious behaviour especially from the guy with the glasses, very unwelcoming and unprofessional.

All staff are very much co-operative. They take proper care of their customers. The store filled with sufficient collection and different varieties of products. But price of Lenses and frames are too high , not affordable for all middle class people. Company must take care of the prices according to middle class.

When we went to buy glasses, their service was excellent. But after purchasing the glasses, I found that they were a bit loose, so I went back to get them adjusted. However, the staff was not helpful at all—they were running around and avoiding me. Their behavior after the purchase was very bad.

"I had a very disappointing experience at the Lenskart store located at No 12, Ground Floor, Suryatapa Apartment, SN Banerjee Rd, near Barrackpore Chiriamore, Kolkata. I visited the store on December 31 for an eye checkup for my girlfriend. After registering, a staff member asked her to enter another room for the checkup. When I tried to accompany her, another employee stopped me rudely, citing unclear 'rules' in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The attitude and behavior of the staff were unacceptable and far from the level of customer service I expected from Lenskart. I urge the management to train their staff to handle customers with more respect and professionalism. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I hope the company takes necessary actions to ensure better service in the future."

People of Barrackpore, stop falling for the dishonest sales tactics, overpriced and poor-quality stuff that Lenskart sells. Do you realize that they trick you into spending double than what you need with the “free frame with Gold membership”? If you went to any other honest shop, you would be spending half the money, because lets face it- do we always need to buy 2 frames?! Go to a Titan Eye or Himalaya who don't trick you into paying more. My story- I spent over 16k on a pair of glasses, and within 2 months one lens started developing weird spots. It kept getting worse everyday and I could barely see through one lens, but their customer service did not want to help. It was clear the lens were defective but the salesmen and manager wanted me to spend another 4000 to fix the lenses only after 2 months of buying it. Horrible service! Go to Titan or Himalaya who will sell you branded lenses for half the price, not some poor quality unbranded lenses that Lenskart sells. You can even buy top brands from Titan and Himalaya for half the price, not local, and bottom tier brands like Fossil that Lenskart sells. I will say that the sales men and women are very well behaved and this is a nice store. Go, check out the store, enjoy the cool AC when its hot outside, then go to a Titan Eye to buy your glasses, and never come back here again. That's it for me, no longer a customer of Lenskart and hope some of you see this and stop giving this scheming company your business!
