Went there dor my mother's glasses. Everything was quick. The doctor at that time was very good and his fees was low. But making charge of the glasses was very high.

From class 2, I have power jn my eyes. From that time, I'm purchasing glasses and frames from here. They are very polite and helpful. Ask them whatever you need, from glass fixing or to have microfiber clothes to clean glasses. So, thank you 🙏☺️, have a nice day

The product is overpriced and somehow my product was replaced with another product,when we told them they weren't accepting. Not gonna buy any product again

They're sufficiently decorated to charge their products overpriced. All the staffs are rude. you'll never feel welcome here once you step in, and yes, you've to keep your shoes outside, and jokes apart, you'll really miss your shoes when talking to them.

pros: they're airconditioned, accept cards, and placed on G T Road itself. cons: they're rude, and their products are largely overpriced. you can get same product 20% cheaper if you try nearby shops, if not less. and lastly, they don't have the courtesy to deliver properly, as if they're doing you some favour. still, if you are rigid upon going there, at least request your bills to be returned on product delivery so that they can't deny on their products if you (which is almost certain) have to visit again to adjust the eyewear again and again.

Their products are overpriced. They are rude. My personal experience is I requested them to change the box during delivery, as it was not closing properly. They maneuvered a lot to close it, but didn't change. Finally I put it on their counter and left with the eyewear only. Even they didn't want to return their bill, I had to request it multiple times to get it back. You won't regret if you try any other shop, but not this.

Worst shop i have even seen. Worst behavior. Doesn't know how to greet customers, how to treat customers. Worst customer service. Do go for this. They provide guarantee card, but will not help you when you will be on trouble. A big zero.

Except Thursday every day eye specialist s are available.One can take appointment of Doctor according to their choice over phone.After checking they may give order for spectacle as per doctor's prescription.Variuos frames and lenses are available.Owner of the shop is polite and cooperative.
