Not at all happy. Got my fourth glasses done and the service is aweful. They never do the glasses properly, it always needs a fixing and it is nearly impossible to get a proper fit. Staff is higly incompetent.

Worst experience! This store has nothing- no professionalism, The staffs have no interest in listening or showing specs. They are only interested in gossiping with peer staffs.Worst store. The employees there are the worst.. They do not help anyone Only knows how to expand they are trade/Business. it does not benefit people ..

I would like to know how come a prestigious brand like Titan eye plus hired such unprofessional and unethical staff and executives. Even the senior executive lady staff comes into immature impractical argumentative mode with their customers without knowing the real issues.They don't even know how to guide and implement some audacious comfort towards their customers.Titan eye plus staff and executives lack moral values , they are suffering from a huge sense of communication gap. When it comes to customer satisfaction I think this is one of the worst Titan eye stores within the entire eastern India.

Incorrect Power given in my Lens. Worst after sales service. They are not even willing to accept their own mistake. Dont buy anything from Titan Eye as they are giving completely different Lens versus what is mentioned in the doctor's prescription.
