I had my mother’s cataract surgery done at ASMI Save the Eye Foundation in February, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The procedure was skillfully performed by Dr. Pankaj Rupauliha, who was incredibly patient, empathetic, and attentive to all our concerns. His compassionate approach made us feel reassured and confident throughout the process. From the very beginning, we were guided with the utmost professionalism and care by Moumita Das. She went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring a smooth journey—from enrolling my mother’s name for the doctor’s check-up to scheduling the final post-surgery appointment. The level of dedication, expertise, and care we received at ASMI Save the Eye Foundation was truly commendable. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality eye care.

I visited the ASMII Birati branch for a regular treatment, so far the facilities and other aspects are so well managed. Recently we are really disappointed 😔☹️ about the staffs behaviour the receptionist named MOUMITA switch offs the ac according to her own need, where many other patient and families were waiting in that waiting area. Also we arrived in the hospital at 10:30am for the injection after all finish the reception staffs were suddenly went for lunch break at 2:00pm, which is acceptable but the concern is the paitient who waited so long for the the billing and she was vanished more than 45minutes. The reception was unattended, I am sorry to say staffs are unprofessional and someone need to be present to double check the availability of them they just can't leave the reception desk without finish the billings where the family members are sitting and waiting there from morning.

This eye hospital has very good facilities and arrangements. We are satisfied to come here. A critical operation of our family member is done here by experienced doctor. Our overall experience is very satisfactory.

I visited the hospital on 13.01.25 at 5 PM for my mother's check-up. The doctors and nursing staff were excellent, and I highly recommend this hospital. However, I am giving 1 star due to the inappropriate behavior of a staff member in the section where glasses are prepared, next to the pharmacy. This person made fun of us for not being able to afford glasses from them, which was humiliating. I have attached a picture of the employee and request prompt action from the management. This behavior could negatively impact the hospital’s reputation. Please address this issue.
