Well, to be honest, the store does not have proper machines or tools to clean or repair your glasses. I bought a pair of spectacles a year ago, the handles got loose and gathered some dirt. I took it to the store for changing the glasses and fix the body, the store seems to be run by armatures and newbies, without any proper tools. other similar stores would be very happy to give your cleaning service with ultrasonic vibrating machine free of cost. this store is still operates with same old cleaning solution and a piece of cloth even after charging you significantly. or may be they have it, just don't want to give you the service. plus the attitude is like a govt office.

Its was bad experience for me.I went there for my eye power check up but they were not very keen to do that.They forced me to go for doctor check up.Where in titan eye+ centre there is eye check up option at the same time sales persons were not very enthusiastic. Not at all a pleasant experience.for me.

Pathetic customer service no apology upon bringing the issue that the frame was rusted, they argued that it is a dust just to hide the fact that it was their fault they did not checked and made the spectacle. The in-store manager told that my attitude is bad, in the end they replaced the frame but still in the very end "NO APOLOGY" and when I told I will give the review the manager told give (as if he doesn't care and will behave like this). I will also drop a email to the higher so that this kind of service no customer gets in future.

The way of handling is very much adorable. I have a discussion with Ms. Oindrila, the smiling face while talking is fabulous. They will fell you as one of your family members. I will definitely suggest others to visit to this. Best wishes to all, have a wonderful year ahead

This is the second time I have visited Titan Eye Plus, Birati, for Power Check, and also got the new pair of lenses.. I was very much satisfied when I visited for the first time, nearly 10 months ago, which did refrain me from going anywhere else.. This time also the service was too good..
