Consistent pathetic behavior - I have been visiting for both my parents over two three years now duevto proximity 1. Staff feels it's there birthright to make people wait.. even after making prior appointment one will need to wait for hours. Lies of doctor in OT are given when we all know OT is always scheduled. One has to go and confront them always to get traction 2. Will keep on giving dilators as an excuse for waiting 3. The spectacles shop doesn't keep any lens brand that's within budget - they will mis sell expensive brands to cataract operated patients saying power doesn't change whereas doctors never make such claims. 4. They will call for specs fittings and make you return saying technician left Absolutely arrogant way of running an institution

Treatment is so much comfortable and there information about medicine and routine was provide to regarding the patient and also attender.One attender are much able to view the treatment of there patient excluding operation.It was comfortable and lightful about treatment courses. Doctor also check the follow up routine about the medicine are working.Medicine and lens are also available into hospital shops.Treatment is good and sometimes waiting for appoint.Any regarding query are easily available and solution provided

Overall had a great experience here. Very helpful staffs, had a great checkup session. Definitely recommend to whoever is looking to get their eyes checked.

Good experience with Cataract operation of my father. The process was a bit lengthy but the quality of work is good. And most importantly Dr. Koushik Basu has been extremely helpful and his work is top notch!

I did my cataract surgery with Dr Himangshu Shekhar. He is very kind, also expert . The hospital is clean. Staff are mostly helpful. I would specially mention the outstanding helpfulness & kind gesture of Trisha and Raima. Wish them and ASG all the best.

One of the best eye hospital in Kolkata. This center located near laketown besides VIP road. Location is nice. You can park your car properly. The hospital is very good. Hospital stuff and takenicians are well behaved and guide you throughout your visit. We visited here for cataract operation of one of our aged family member, surgury was done during morning session and discharged her by 2 hour. Also visited for two aged family member for eye checkup. Cons:: Specs frames are quite expensive compare to outside. No washrooms are available at ground floor for any visitors, even they dont allow if you are aged ir sick .

I recently visited ASG Eye Hospital for my father’s cataract surgery. While the doctor was competent, the overall experience was highly disappointing. The procedure was poorly managed, and the staff’s behavior was unprofessional throughout. On the day of surgery (27th), the discharge process was unnecessarily delayed, forcing us to wait for hours due to the staff's inefficiency. Even after the mediclaim payment was settled, they were slow to refund my advance payment, adding to the frustration. This level of service in a healthcare facility is unacceptable. I would not recommend ASG Eye Hospital unless they improve their management and train their staff to behave more professionally.
