Staff's behaviour is not up to the mark they need to be more polite towards patients. 3. Too much cooling inside the building all the time. 4. Doctors are really good and helpful. 5. The lift facility is available for all patients, especially for handicapped patients (wheelchair is also available). 6. Overall clean and tidy floors. 7. Wards need to be more clean. 8. They take both online and offline payment options. 9. Online appointment booking facility is available for all patients over call and email. 10. Every floor has its own billing and payment counter. 11. There is a canteen inside the building on the ground floor with high prices for every item. 12. For better treatment, they send patients to their other branches like Chennai.

My girlfriend got treatment here. But here they don't allow 2 people to stay with the patient. As a result I had to spend the whole day outside the hospital. Where there was a lot of mosquito infestation. The infrastructure here is very bad. They didn't even let me sit inside.The main gate is locked at 7 pm.
Useless hospital. They don’t have a basic instrument working. I wasted my one day leave to accompany my wife for a laser procedure. 5 times tried and the machines were dis functional.
Please dont go n waste your precious time, energy and even a penny. This hospital is useless now. My parents mom n dad is patient here since 10 years. They go for regular checkups. From past 2-4 years this hospital n management has become so pathetic, horrible, rude, arrogant n what not. First u won't be able to book an appointment. If u r in an emergency than God will help u. Secondly, there is a rule.. .. If one wants an appointment, they have to call on 1st of every month. Only one day for appointment booking. SERIOUSLY!!! Thirdly, if u call on 1st for an appointment... No body will pick. An automated voice will say.. All are busy. Where they are busy... GOSSIPING..... Fourth.... If u are lucky... N someone picks up ur call they will positively say... 2 months appointment date is already booked.. U will get after that... ☺😊😅 Last month only I forced my parents to leave this hospital n look for another. N they did the right thing. My mom got lazor treatment in both eyes. From here.. One was successful n other was unsuccessful coz second time.. The machine stopped working. 😂😂😝 She went again there... But of no use. Now who dares to go???????
The doctors at this hospital are excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and caring. However, the rest of the staff, especially at the reception and billing counter, are extremely rude and unhelpful. The receptionist was arrogant and lacked basic courtesy. Staff members were more interested in gossiping than assisting patients, and even the security personnel were rude. The management seriously needs to improve staff behavior, training, and overall service quality. A hospital should be a place of care and compassion, not frustration. Until these issues are addressed, I merely recommend this hospital
I had a very disappointing experience at this eye hospital. The front desk and ride staff members were extremely inattentive and unprofessional. I was left waiting without any proper guidance, and no one seemed interested in helping or answering questions. The attitude of the staff made the entire visit stressful and uncomfortable. For a place that deals with patients' health and well-being, I expected a lot more courtesy and responsibility. Would not recommend unless there's serious improvement in staff behavior.To make things worse, the staff at Counter 1 was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect care and empathy. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the quality of service and staff behavior.

In 2025, when healthcare institutions worldwide are adopting AI-driven efficiency models and implementing Six Sigma methodologies to enhance patient flow and reduce waiting times, this hospital appears stuck in an outdated and apathetic approach. It blatantly ignores the fundamental principle that a patient’s time is just as valuable as the treatment they seek. The administration, staff, and management teams urgently require an overhaul. Their sheer lack of accountability, inefficiency, and inability to streamline processes not only frustrate patients but also undermine the very purpose of healthcare—to provide timely and effective medical attention. In an era where hospitals globally are embracing cutting-edge automation, digital queue management, and optimized scheduling, this establishment remains a stark reminder of what happens when customer experience is neglected and inefficiency is normalized. Yesterday I visited this hospital for my mom. Not so good experience. Staffs hurried us to buy medicines and pay other bills. But after that they kept us waiting for 2 hours to start the treatment. In between, they were doing class for the trainee in front of us. I had never seen such a drama anywhere else. My mom was seen to Dr. Debasmita Bera whose behaviour was also unsatisfactory. Even the procedure of eye x-ray and eye wash were utterly disturbing. When you're dealing with an sick aged person who is also fighting cancer, you should be a bit more humane. We are very much disappointed to receive such treatment from here.
