Received very satisfactory service from Amulyajyoti Eye Foundation. All the staff members are very cordial and helpful. The operation gown was so comfortable ! Words are not enough to praise Dr. Chakraborty 's expertise.

Overall ok good but atleast coffee/ tea some munching counter / should be available. We pataint parties waiting 3/ 4 hrs. This is one suggestion. Hope things will be taken care of sooner or later. Thanks P K Chatterjee

Dr.Bikash Basu is really nice Doctor. He treated well. In My home my mom & Father in law both had been treated by Doctor, both are extremely fine. This hospital has cashless facility as well. ( Care Heath insurance). Thanks Amulya Jyoti ...

The doctor and the staff are both extremely efficient and polite. Clear communication and cooperation with patient party is an added advantage.

We have booked an appointment pertaining to Dr. Arup chakraborty, at the outset reception team didn't say that there are 2 slot available viz. 9 am and 12 noon and instead push us to come at 9 am only; despite we tried to come within time but due to traffic finally arrived at 9:45 am and as a result intentionally we have been waited for 3 hours by reception team when Dr was available upto 11 am and in that span easily whole check up could have been covered.. Don't come here.. totally unprofessional body

Excellent service. Staff behaviour is very good and OPD reception as well as Optometrist behaviour and staff cooperative is very good.

Only problem is with their staffs. The reception area is overly crowded with inefficient people. Only to confirm an appointment they take eternity. They will stare at you with such blank look that you may get agitated. At reception they will ask you to wait in the lobby for 7-8 times. Once they will call your name to get reassure that your name is on their list. Then again they call you to see that you are the same person or not. Then an introductory form fill up. So on and so forth. After that they will call you for billing. After billing they will ask you to wait again. The system is too complicated that they don't understand to operate or they themselves are inefficient is a doubt. To reach the doctor you have to go through several phases and then if your good luck winks, you may reach the doctors chamber. Then again wait for eternity. About Dr. Arup Chakraborty. His experience and his comforting behaviour is appreciable. Even in this market of misguided medical management he will think about saving your money and give the best treatment. No idea about other doctors. Only the staffs are downgrading this institution. May be too many cooks are spoiling the broth.
