Horrible experience. The employees are rude. Specially they always pitch for surgery even when it is not necessary. I went there for a second opinion, the doctor right away pitched for surgery which 2 doctors previously said wasn't necessary, and as soon as you tell them that you are not looking for a surgery soon, their behavior changes. They treat you extremely rudely. The so called "councillor" literally threw back my prescription and asked for the second patient in line to mold their head. This place is simply doing business and nothing else. They don't care about the patients at all. The women acting as your surgical counselors are extremely arrogant and rude. Stay away from this place.

Specialist doctors are available there. Doctors are very caring and the treatment plans are excellent. Consultation fees Rs. 400. The hospital ambience is very good, love it👍🏻. The hospital staffs also well behaved. Highly recommended.👍🏻👍🏻

Well behaved staff. Good service. Best eye treatment. Beautiful, calm and soothing Ambience. Neat and clean washrooms. They take enough time for check ups at very reasonable rate. The consultation charge is just Rs. 400. According to the service provided by them the amount is ok. It's a best place for your all kind of needs for your eye check up. There's a pharmacy and an Optical store as well for choosing a perfect frame that suits your face and you can get your from here as well.

Very professional, and yet personalised service. Had my mother treated here for cataract operation at both eyes. The senior physician as well as all the support staff were knowledgeable, cooperative, and supportive. Above all, my mother is highly satisfied. I would recommend this facility in highest possible terms.

I recently visited this hospital for my mother’s cataract surgery and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care provided. The doctor, nurses, and all staff, including those at the insurance desk, were incredibly kind and cooperative. The entire process was seamless. My mother is very satisfied with the treatment, and I’m grateful for the excellent service.

My experience with doctor was fine, but had to give 3 stars because of the terrible people over at the spectacles store. I’d recommend people to avoid this place for buying glasses and only go for the doctors. The guy I interacted with was very rude and downright hostile. I had asked to see the catalogue for what lenses were available, and after I said I had seen them he took them away. However, I had just had a dilate refraction test so couldn’t read properly. I asked if I could take a picture of the catalogue so I could see them later, and he said no. Fine. Then I asked to at least see it again so I could take some time to slowly read it. He refused. What kind of optometrist refuses to give some time to read to someone who just had a dilate test? There weren’t even any other customers at the store. When I asked more times he started getting a rude and antagonistic tone, and said he had already done his job which was to let me know of the options, and that getting me quality lenses was also his job and I should trust him with it (and I guess not actually be aware of what I was buying). I’d strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place for actually buying glasses, and visit just for the doctors. After doctors’ appointments, they directly take you to the store, which is an interesting business strategy, and then the salesman wastes your time by telling you what you do and don’t need, but doesn’t respect the customer enough to let them make an informed choice. Just go to a nearby lenskart, that has way better customer service.

Horrible experience . Employees including doctors do not spare a minute to misbehave with patients and their family members. Moreover they do not have a proper management. Waiting time is nearly about 3-4 hours plus no gurantee that the doctor will consult on that particular day. Then they insists patients to come on the next day. And their main problem is they don't accept their faults and leaves the patient in doubt that is he/she wrong or not. Just Bekar..

Had a first visit here. It is located just beside RSV hospital. Well connected with all the transport medium. Well maintained and nicely decorated. Total 4 floor is there. Main reception is at floor 1. Charges are reasonable. Doctor are renowned and very friendly. All the staff are well behaved. I love the fact that pharmacy and spectacle showroom available under one roof. Lift Are available for elderly people. There is test room available too, so no need to visit other clinic for test. I saw many people mention in the Review that you need whole days of leave, so it is not fully correct. Please take appointment before visiting here so that it takes late time. So yes keep 2-4 hours of time in hand before visiting here. As this is my first visit, so yes experience was great and hope it will increase as the time passes ( and if I visit 😅, though jane ki jarurat na pare). Keep the great work to serve humanity.
