Please don't come here for eye check-up...reception Staff's behavior were so so rude.... Barasat branch. I have a very bad experience about their behaviour . The most unprofessional and third class management.

It been 3 years I’m visiting for yearly check ups but few months back I took my parents out for regular check up and they charged me 250/- for each patient & the receptionist being rude asked me to take appointments for next time. Well I called several times last week to book an appointment for me. Nobody picked the call during business hours so I tried different numbers and finally someone picked it up. The person over the call was treating like we aren’t gonna pay and as if looking for free treatment. Now, today when I enter to pay my bill the same receptionist said it would be 200/-! I was shook. I asked that how come you guys are charging 50 less this time? So the person said if you book then we will not charge 50 extra. I mean you guys are kidding!? Such a horrible place and these guys are busy on calls & some are chit chatting with colleagues as if they are in college canteen. Kindly be gentle with the old aged people atleast. These staffs are anyhow just demonstrating what to take & what not to and pushing people to take the tests & frames etc. Stop advertising, people are way smart. Let them choose what they want. Don’t push people for this that. Learn basic ethics and then jump into such nobel profession.

Very bad behaviour of the old lady staff.. they probably don't know how to speak with a child.. please educate ur staff how to behave

Most third class behavior of tpa department staff. They just sit there for patients harrasment. They just don't do their job properly. Misbehave with patients evry time.

Disha displayed an extreme level of unprofessionalism as a medical institution. Not only the administrative stuff behaves poorly with patients, but also the experience with doctors is no better. They treat patients as money grabbing machines and care least about the actual wellbeing and treatment of patients. If you actually care of getting better, please go for any other eye hospital.

Average patient handling time is too high. Behaviour also very bad.

Good doctors but poor management and very rude hospital workers including the billing stuff. Useless on-call appointment system, You will take appointment for a specific time then they will say as per the billing they will schedule who will get the appointment order on the day of visit. OPD appointment fee is 200 Rs if booking via phone and if booking directly by visiting the place on the same day of appointment, it will be 250 Rs. Which is very minimal price as per the market conditions. The brand Disha has a good reputation. Feedback of cataract surgery done from this place is good. Need improvements on stuff's behavior and the documentation process. edit: There is no improvement on the stuff's behavior, utterly ridiculous and unprofessional.
