My experience is pretty good. Doctors and staff are good to use. Everyone helped me if I wanted to know something. The doctor also took time to see and listen to all the problems, and also said what would be better to do.

Doctor was very polite...other staff were also good...the receptionist was however unprofessional as she made an unnecessary snide remark which was disrespectful...i now understand the google reviews pointing out the receptionist's rude behaviour... a receptionist's behaviour is extremely important as that's the first person you face when you enter the clinic...

A Horrible place for eye treatment, they run over the patient and behind the money. Not bothered about the patients agony. Unethical and unprofessional staff. Security guard is such a oversmart guy.

The booking criteria is very wrost. I want to booking but the tellecaller guide me , slot not available so book another hospital or clinic. They have behaviour issue. Also the told free number did not pick by any one.

Today I visited Disha for eye check up first time and before that I go through all the reviews and I have a doubt in my mind whether everything will be Ok with me or not but I am amazed by their professional behaviour and promptness. Totally satisfied from reception to doctor process and advices. Thank you Disha👌🙏

I have one suggestion... Test rooms should have glass wall or it should allow one gurdian or family members along with girls, females or children.

Horrible service..too much time taking. Attitude of drs are like giving free service. They don't have any manners to talk politely with elderly people.

Mostly it was crowned but that's okay as everyone needs good care and proper guidance after thoroughly checking. Previously I used to check my eye from Disha, Gariahat and the service was not even good, but better. Now I tried teghoria branch. First of all those ladies who were cheking the eyesight are not at all being patience with elderly person also they were gossiping and being frustrated when a older women was not understanding. That's not acceptable at all. No one was there to help them to get out as they were unable to see after checking.
