I am a doctor , my mother has been operated for cataract & glaucoma by Dr Chandrima Paul. My mother is doing very well after the surgery which many other doctors refused to take up. Thank you Dr Chandrima paul for giving my mother vision.

I am writing to express concern about the behavior of Dr Chandrima Paul at BB Eye Foundation . During my visit, I experienced: 1. Rude and unprofessional communication from the doctor. 2. Unnecessary distancing, implying excessive contagiousness, despite having a non-severe eye infection. 3. Pressure to undergo additional testing, seemingly motivated by incentives rather than medical necessity. Utterly disappointed ! Priyamvada Birla is much much better in terms of service and facility.

Very bad experience… She is arrogant doesn’t know how to speak to her patients. Was expecting a clear explanation but she dint bother to do so. Would recommend not to waste money by visiting her.

We had very bad experience under her treatment. I had taken my mother to her clinic after all the good reviews. However after getting continuous treatment for glaucoma for almost 2 and half years, there was no improvement. Finally when one day, she prescribed for cataract operation, we thought for going for a second opinion. And after the second opinion, we were very surprised to know , that let alone cataract, my mother didn't even have glaucoma. We were so surprised that we took 2 more opinions from other prestigious places. I will never recommend her or her clinic to anyone. She sees her patients for only 3-4 mins max.. doesn't let patient's family to enter along with the patient. In a nutshell, pls do not go to her if you care about your eyes and your money.

Dr Chandrima Paul has performed the cataract surgery of my grandmother. I am very satisfied with the surgery procedure. The vision which was lost due to cataract has completely been restored within 2 days after the surgery and most importantly she is completely glass- free now except for the near glass . I would recommend all the patients who have any problem regarding eye to definately visit and take Dr Chandrima Paul's opinion.
