Dr Partha Biswas

Dr. Partha Biswas is really good and has treated my father’s eye issue successfully. However, the staff here is always trying to push tests when they may not be required. I went to another doctor and they were able to diagnose my issue and suggest medicines without doing 2-3 different tests. Secondly, they also push to get the SMILE surgery done for anyone who wears glasses. While the doctor is definitely good - I felt like the entire institution and its staff were trying to extract money by one way or another. If you do visit the doctor - would recommend keeping 4-5 hours in hand - as they do multiple tests, eye drops etc and then make you meet the doctor for your check up. Also this place is always crowded.

My mother had a complicated Cataract surgery at the age of 77 , in presence of Fuch's Dystropy ( with little margin of error in Epithelian cell counts) , still was operated Successfully with least expensive procedure & utmost care followed quick short term recovery ( being able to same day, no pain or irritation) . That was 3 months back & she only needs reading glasses now. Staff is extremely good & courteous and very sympathetic & accomodative . So yeah "core treatment was really effective & due care provided along with follow up tests & counselling and 40 days medicines including eye drops.. However have spoken to DRM of Eastern Railway regarding long wait time for elderlies ( 2 of the 4 occasions) and DRM said he will certainly do something about it. Yes , just to be clear rating is 5 star ( highest) as operation experience was quick, smooth & effective.

My hasband has macular degeneration and cataract on his lefr eye detected by the clunic Trinetralaya. His vision became blurred.But after surgery on 6th December his vision is as clear as his childhood. He can read nearly all alphabets one day after his surgery. He is completely fine after surgery,no health hazards. I am deeply thankful to Dr Partha Biswas , He is the best doctor I have ever met. The clinic is highly equipped and professionally maintained ,neat n clean ambience. All the employees are cooperative n sober. Special thanks to Indranil who manages the whole administration.
