Drishti Eye Care Centre

Paid ₹ 250 (Visit Fee) to the Receptionist. Not much crowdy. Neat, clean and polite environment. Hassel free service. The doctor (Dr. Piyali Sarkar) was forbearing, exceptionally capable and confidently sorted out my eye problem by prescribing two eye drops. The meds worked magically. Within two days eye became normal again. Extremely satisfied.

Very bad experience. I came with my daughter for a eye checkup at 11:20AM on Saturday as the hospital has informed us to be in the hospital between 11AM -11:30AM. It is 1:20 PM now and we are still waiting for the doctor who was suppose to arrived by 11:30 AM. The whole issue is that there are no other doctors in the hospital for OPD and hence we need to keep waiting. Moreover thay have given us eye drops for retina check and hence immediately we can not move to another place. Very disappointing experience, we are waiting for more than 2 hours and still we do not know if at all we will be able to consult the doctor.

Absolutely horrible infrastructure. No system of car parking.They would not even allow the car to drop the patient near the gate even if the patient is extremely elderly and has mobility issues. On top of that there is a rude obnoxious old women of the flat who comes shouting that they have leased out the flat and dropping the patient in the gate would damage their tank. Why should patients suffer for that? That is an understanding between clinic and the building and they should shift if it is causing problem to the elderly. There is absolutely nothing good about the clinic apart from the doctor. The charges are at par with other clinics with better amenities. So if you are not hell bent on a doctor who only operates here, please don't come here.

The worst end to end service from the front desk to the technicians. Extremely rude to an elderly patient. The OCT test report was incomplete as advised by an reputed Opthalmologist . When I called them to report it, the conveniently apssed the blame onto the visiting Opthalmologist. The worst place ever. The cost is afar more than their local competitors and a test is over double the proce

My father's eye operation (phaco)has been done here. They take good care of the patients. Only problem is that the location is wrong in Google map. I would like to inform Google to kindly review my edit in map location ,verify it and do the needful changes.

Do not go here. It's the worst. I got my eyes checked here and they told me I have minus 2 power in my eyes when I'd never worn glasses before. They made me make expensive glasses from them. I started using them and couldn't see at all so I went back. They rechecked and said I was delusional. That my given power is fine and I'm mistaken to think that I can't see. I tried to wear them more but I couldn't see at all so I went to another place and it turned out that I only had minus 0.5 power in one eye. This place is a scam. Not only were they wrong and practically stole my money by making me make expensive glasses with the wrong prescription, but they insisted I was wrong for thinking I couldn't see. They made me feel bad and confused. Worst experience of my life at a doctor.
