ECO Hospital and Diagnostics

Not so good nursing home, they demand high charges for low treatment quality and services . Much of the time the doctor is not available and sometimes they prescribe unnecessary medicines and make a long bill. Rooms are not so clean and beds are not so comfortable for patients. My experience is average for this nursing home. Quality of service should be improved.

Very poor service.... And in the hospital is very very dirty. Rubbish seen every where. Dustbins are over flowing. No one is there to clean it. Every where its written..... Tips deben na.... But all the ward boys asks for tip for taking the patients. Looks of the hospital from outside is made so nice to attract people. From inside its like hell out there.

In emergency section এ সেখ টাইটেল doctor is not listed doctor in WBHS. so doctor fees was not to be claimed. General bed condition was not good for patients also not properly cleane. Some portion broken. Doctor visit time not fixed even enquiry or receptionist don't know it. Most of the doctor are roming here and there for money was involved this hospital. ICCU AND BED Charge was not appropriate with there infrastructure. Light not working. Fan not working. Even doctor rounding in ward 12 am at night. Very very average hospital.

A wonderful experience.. by far it is an excellent nursing home. I would have and would love to give a 5 star rating but could not because of a behaviour of one particular staff. I would like to start by saying that all the staffs from the reception to the aya's were excellent. As said before that i would have loved to give a 5 star rating but could not just due to the sister that was in charge on the 5th floor. I am not sure of her name but her name could be RUPALI. Her behaviour towards to the patient parties is awfull. Her first statement that hurt was " R A SWASTHYA SATHI R PATIENT ER LOK.. CHUP CHAP BOSAE THAKUK. At that time i was the only person on the 5th floor waiting to hand over documents of my wife. She uses very strong statements like " AKHANAE KAJ KORTE GALAE PAGOL HOI JABO". Her attitude towards the patient parties is really bad. It is because of employees like her that a renowned nursing home like eco is disgraced by people. ECO IS A WONDERFUL NURSING HOME SERIOUSLY A LOVELY PLACE BUT ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN ON EMPLOYEES LIKE HER. SPECIAL MENTION AND LOTS AND L9TS OF THANKS TO DR SUBHADIP HALDER WHO IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. I ALSO THANK ECO NURSING HOME FOR HAVING SWASTHYA SATHI FACILITIES. OVERALL A VERY GOOD NURSING HOME WITH GREAT STAFFS APART FROM THAT LADY MENTIONED. I WILL SURELY PUT A WRITTEN COMPLAIN TO THE AUTHORITIES OF ECO HOPING THAT PROPER ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST HER BECAUSE ONE EMPLOYEE CANNOT SPOIL THE SHOW FOR SUCH A WONDERFULL MEDICAL FACILITY

System is very bad, bises kore discharge er time e vison hampering kore.

Its a average nursinghome located near opposite to Barasat district hospital(not exactly opposite). The hospital is always crowdy.the beds are average but the distance between two beds is very less,even its difficult to stand comfortably in between two bed.service & food is somewhat okay ,managable.Doctor s are also available & visiting their patients .

Need to proper grooming for receptionist. Also good behaviour.

Nursing staffs, receptionist ,gd staffs behaviour are very rude....one of the worst nursing home in Barasat.
