Unprofessional and rude staff. I went for an eye checkup for my contact lens, the lady on the helping desk did not inform me about the extra cost for lens trial. It is very unprofessional for them to do so, the doctor was good though. These helping staff should be trained first to be polite with the patient.

Worst, rude people. Please teach them how to behave. I didn't opt for free service. Cheap staffing. Never go for this. They don't have manners. They deserve a tight slap. Does this feedback affect these thicker skinned people?

Even a one-star review can be a source of pride for them . It's a horrible experience for me no one even care for patient. for them patient is just a source of income

They have the worst hospital staff ..they don't evn know how to deal with patients...those two girls in the desk ..uff ...can't imagine they are working fr hospital with such attitude.. doctor was helpful enough though that he looked into the matter himself and sorted it ...

They use their patients to teach their practitioners, the doctors don't even bother to check the patients properly.... pathetic service, immoral behaviour towards patients. Strongly not recommended.

I go 26 march 2018, definitely i feel very good staff behaviour,,look they treatment well also..I personally feel very good..The nurse name diya impressive ,take care all the patient wisely. Dr s saha (superintendent) very polite,solve my problem carefully. All the doctors looks sober,positive attitude. Go for it.if u want a good eye treatment

Unprofessional people..Staffs are bad .No modern machine or technology ...Make you fool. I did lence change for my mother.After Operation they got mediclam amount. after that problem started.again my mother visited..Dr Sumit Chowdhury said dont come to me again..Your problem will be life long..we cant take any responsibility...
