I'm a regular customer of eye zone. Their service is really good and the stuffs behavior politely.

They faiied to delivered the specs even after 48 hrs of order. Bad behaviour of staffs.over priced

Good behaviour by staff and doctors... according to the price the quality they provide that's also good.

3rd class place guys , I went for my mother's specs , it costed 7000 they took 2k advance but the glass was just the opposite of what we wanted , a thick blue glass they made, but previously promised thin white glass, on asking for return they denied, still we are requesi them everyday, pls avoid this place for unnecessary harrasment, this people are fraud

If you go to the store, they talk to you very nicely. However, if you take a problem there, they won't work on it properly for many days, they won't talk nicely, and they will avoid you.

Sales persons are frauds and they always give false information/promise to customers to sell spectacles. They had sold me fake Ray-Ban sunglass frame and progressive lens. Be aware of this shop.

Recently I had a stylish spects in reasonable price from Eye Zone. Overall the service and the product are appreciable🙌
