Very poor service.Staff behaviour is very bad and ill mannered staffs.Not recommended and advisable

A very good experience and care at this eye hospital. The facility is exceptionally clean and the treatement done for my mother's cataract was done in a painless procedure. I also liked the fact that they have a live feed on a tv monitor to show the surgery process that's happening on your loved ones.

Good place for lasik. But staff is absolutely helpless and just money minded. They firstly need to learn basic manners and how to approach customers. Rather than just talking like a rowdy . Money , money and money is all they say. I do understand they are running a business but seriously their attitude simply say " gimme your money babe" Please do not expect any kind of help from them. After spending 60k also they do charge you extra 200 for dark glasses . I mean seriously. Management pls look at your staff before it is too late. Ladies in the front desk needs to be thoroughly polished.

Freedom from glasses and lenses was something I had never imagined because I was dependent on them for so many years. However getting LASIK done was a life changing experience because I can see clearly with my own eyes again! I am so thankful to the competent team at this place who answered all my queries before LASIK and guided me through the surgery as well as after care.

My doughter's LASIK done here yesterday. Today she is totally fine and vision is absolutely perfect. Helpful staffs doctor and technicians are very co-operative. I am quit Happy.

They only can understand one word, business. Have no complain about employees but that "madam" who use to sit in front of reception is most an unprofessional one. She often rebukes junior staffs in presence of others. Mostly aged people comes here for their treatment and that madam misguides most of them.

It feels great to see the world without lenses... I'm grateful to Dr Arpan and Dr Mrs.Ahmed for the Lasik Surgery ... the staff was really co- operative and helpful... I feel more confident after the surgery and would recommend all those who are having problems related to eye to visit this place .. I assure you will get the best treatment ... Thank You

Wonderful ambiance and so helpful staffs mind blowing doctor for lasik surgery do chose dis over any other option in kolkata and will not regret for sure.
