WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had a terrible experience overall with this specific lenskart store. I wanted to exchange my sunglasses two days after collection. The staff said this is not possible. After I myself quoted them the policy of 7 days exchange for sunglasses they took it and send for approval. After few days I was informed of the approval. On visiting the store again for choosing the new product they are informing me that the approval is rejected as it was not collected within the next day. I was never informed that I should come for choosing the new product the very next day. Also I quote the sales staff said, ‘We are going through a lot of trouble because of you.’

Awesome experience inside the store. Very humble people in the store and guide you properly. Any kind of specs purchasing from the store is very affordable. Service and repair also good.
