Prompt service with good behaviour, a bit expensive, but worth the price, nice collections of frames, and free eye checkup. I purchased colour contact lenses for me and 2 progressive specs for my mom. Customer care service was good.

It's been a great experience in this store of Lenskart James long. Behaviour of staffs are quite well. They have shown us and explained every minute things to us.

Staff was very polite and professional. Very supportive behaviour. Only one niche thing I noticed, I was not phoned about the arrival of my product(Eyeglasses), but it was not a problem as I was notified via WhatsApp. Overall recommended for affordable quality product.
