A good experience at this store. I was happy with the service provided to me. There was a wide variety of good quality spectacles to choose from. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The sales person attending to me, Mr. Asif, was attentive and patiently showed me the items, allowing me to try out the different spectacles and explaining to me different details very clearly in a pleasant manner. I liked their products and the best part was the offer ...buy one get one free...that was going on.

I had a great experience at lenskart Kalighat store. I was having some issue with my new pair and a lady helped me repair my specs. She was professional and very skilled at her work. She quickly identified the issue and fixed it efficiently.Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience even better.
