Disappointing Experience at Lenskart Today, I visited Lenskart between 1 PM and 2 PM. I found a pair of sunglasses I really liked, but unfortunately, they weren’t available in powered lenses, so I decided not to purchase them. I had also brought my prescription spectacles, which I had purchased earlier from Lenskart, for a simple fitting adjustment as they had become loose. To my surprise, the staff member I approached initially refused to take the spectacles. When he eventually did, he adjusted them in such a way that they became even looser than before. When I pointed this out and requested a proper adjustment, he rudely said that nothing could be done. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I was wearing a black suit at the time—please feel free to check the CCTV footage for reference. I have always recommended Lenskart for the quality of its products, and until now, I never had any issues. But this kind of customer service is unacceptable. This one staff member completely ruined my experience, and sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to Lenskart again.

Today I visited the Lenskart Lake Mall Shop Kolkata. It's a very good experience with Lenskart and the the staff are very helpful. Special thanks to Azad ji. Flat 50% discount is available at this shop I do recommend please visit the shop.

Bad experience with first time at Lake mall Lenskart branch, here a lady who checked my power and she intentionally gave me the wrong power glasses and said it would be a problem for a few days, then it would be fixed. I told her why would this happen?she said if i will arise any problem then she will change the glasses , so many times I told them my near vision is blurry due to injury, despite being told they intentionally gave me the wrong pair of glasses and didn't even adjust them.Now they try to convince me to buy a new pair glasses. They misguide the customers yo fulfill their target.so be careful before order.
