Worst experience ever! Honestly, the staffs were least bothered, basically me and my mom went there, it was night around 9 pm, the staff didn't even check the prescription properly and we told the staff that we'll not buy too expensive specs so after that their behaviour changed and it seemed that they behave and treat the customers as per their wish and by judging the profile of the customer. Since it was night there were not much customers, basically only we were there inside the store, literally there were 3-4 female staffs all went outside the store, I don't know for what, I saw them gossiping among themselves but whatever it is, leaving us alone without guiding us.... We really felt cornered and decided to not buy the specs from here, and we left the store....Sorry I don't want to be rude but this was my honest experience. I would never visit that store again!

The store has a nice collection of frames of all budgets. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Always received the orders before time. Keep up the good work!

The eye test was conducted seamlessly with advanced equipment, and the optometrist explained everything clearly.
