Update: The product was delivered on the date albeit later in the day and too close to the time of travel. I do not have complaints with the product yet but the timings could be managed better. Update: I was promised delivery of the product in a day or at least the day after as I was going to travel internationally. When I called in the morning for an update there were multiple hiccups and no guarantee of the product delivery time. When I had first visited I was promised prompt delivery but once the payment has been made, delays have begun. I am changing my review until I get the product delivered. Initial visit: Helpful and friendly staff. Look forward to experiencing the service/ product and will update accordingly.

The glass of the shades were having spots n scratches on receiving, which wasn't expected. I Was assured that i would b given a fresh piece of the sun glasses, hence to collect it after 2 days from purchasing. The staff should have checked the product before delivering it. On complaining over the call they denied saying that it was a fresh product. Sorry to say but there is no customer satisfaction on buying stuff from your reputed store. Had purchased it from the Shakespeare Sarani branch, Kolkata.

The staff was very helpful but the management should do something about the non functioning AC. I feel bad for the staff there since I was in the store for only 10-15 mins but the staff is stuck inside a non ventilated box all day in Kolkata heat !! Management if you are listening,please.

My mother recently purchased a pair of glasses and a day after wearing it, a scratch appeared. It obviously appeared the quality that was supplied wasn’t up to standard. For it to scratch so easily it’s aware that the quality was cheap. When confronted with the issue to the worker, she refused to give us a refund or fix the issue. She didn’t even acknowledge to mention a warranty or insurance when the transaction took place because we came from Australia. My mother and I have worn pairs of glasses all our lives and in Australia we have never faced a problem like this. This business should be ashamed of such practises.
