Unprofessional staff. While customer specially a lady is present inside the shop at night, they were passing smiles at each other and made me feel uncomfortable. They should be professional when customer is present They should not talk about their personal stuff in their presence.

Extremely Unprofessional Staff Behavior We visited the Lenskart store as a group of 4 friends, and only one of us needed to get their glasses cleaned. However, the staff member at the store insisted that each one of us must provide our phone numbers just for entering the store. He said, "Aap ne store ke andar entry kiya hai toh number to dena padega entry karne ke liye." Among us, one person doesn't even wear glasses! Still, he kept forcing all of us to share our phone numbers. When I politely refused and said I’m not comfortable giving my number, his tone suddenly changed, and he became rude, saying, "You have to." This is completely unacceptable. Forcing people to give personal details just to enter a store — especially when they’re not even buying anything — is a breach of privacy. Lenskart should seriously look into how their staff treats customers. This experience was extremely off-putting, and I won’t be visiting again.

Very polite and professional staff , the whole process of purchasing the spectacles was great and they helped us understand the different offers according to our needs. Value for money .The collection here is the best and budget friendly .👍🏻

Is there any option to give Zero Star? They are thieves. They stole my Expensive rare collection frame and did not bother to apologise or return my money also.
