Narayana Hospital, Barasat

spacious not to compact , more or less every facilities are here , staffs behaviour is good and also the doctors are Excellent. little expensive as this hospital turns into a brand now but some how little bit justified. overall a good healthy experience.

Hospital staffs are not responsibility centered. I have booked an appointment on 07.04.2025 through online portal (1050 rupees). But when I came to the hospital I have to pay again 800 rupees for the appointment. From the reception they share a phone number for further assistance & they assured a call back within 2-3 days for refund. But it is nearly 5 days they does not responding me. Staff's behaviour not good. I am facing lot of problem for hernia surgery of my father. There insurance department not supporting , they are partner hospital of icici lombard, icici Lombard team informed for Larsen and toubro employees health id card generation is in process so claim through email, but hospital team not accepting.

I visited Narayana for urology, and the experience was great. The doctor was professional and attentive, and the staff was friendly. The hospital was clean, and I felt well cared for. Highly recommended! But reports are delayed too much 😔😕

I have admitted my father in law in this hospital due to black out ... they have admitted him and his blood pressure was very low 60/80 he was senseless 3times . On that time they only gave saline and was continuously telling us to admit him in ICU . ICU Bed rent was 8500 . After getting saline he was recovering. But they continuously provoking us to admit him in ICU for getting paid a good money. The behaviour of the boy in reception was very bad. But we decided to him and admit in desan. Please be carefull.

Endoscopy department welcoming staff behaviour is good response quickly and after Endoscopy procedure report delivered within one hour Manik Lal Thakur is very good and best doctor and I recommend Manik Lal Thakur for gastro patient.Narayana Multispeciality hospital Barasat.

Got my left clavicle fractured in am accident. I was operated by Dr. Indranil Biswas and was sent back to duty within a month without any glitches. The hospitality and the ease of convenience was outstanding by Narayana staff. Thanks for the support.
