I'm so grateful to Netralook for taking care of My parents' eye health! My mother both eye operation and father's right eye operation were successful.The Staff's Nice And Welcoming behaviour made us feel at ease.Thank You Netralook,for giving my parent's a fresh start with healthy eyes.

The outdoor service on the 2nd floor. You have to go to the reception and get a ticket. The visiting time is 10 A.M to 5 P.M. The environment of the lobby is very pleasant, neat & clean. In the checking room, they will check eye' power. Next, check your distance vision. Finally, you will be allowed to visit the doctor. Treatment is overall good. You will also get good discounts on all the prescribed medicines there. And one thing, wear a surgical mask, you will not be allowed without a surgical mask.

My Mother has been operated there for cataract surgery of right eye. But after surgery her eyesight became less than before, blurred vision appeared . They have prescribed different types of drops, medicines for this problem for more than 2 months but no proper solution was suggested for this problem. Doctors later told that a fold remained mistakenly during that operation and the problem will remain lifetime. They initially told it will be cured by medicine only but they denied it later which was completely unexpected. My Mother is still suffering from this problem. After this incident, I shall not suggest anyone to do critical eye operation there.

An excellent eye care center located at 6, Bijoynagar, Naihati...This hospital is government funded so it offers good treatment at just Rs. 50 per patient with advanced devices and equipments.So if you are dealing with any kind of eye issues, you can visit the best doctors of the Netraalok eye hospital...

This eye hospital is soo good.....the stuffs here are so caring....they treat all patients with so much care....It was really too much worthy visiting the hospital......
