Very bad experience , all are paid reviews, and dr khan is very unprofessional with bad hospitality.

I have been to this place twice and I can say that Dr. Khan is a very good doctor who treats his patients with care and expertise. He cured one of my relatives who had diabetic retinopathy and one of my friends who had dry eye syndrome. However, I was not satisfied with the way they managed the patients. It was very chaotic and disorganized. Even though we had an appointment and arrived on time, we did not get a token immediately and we had to wait for a long time. We also saw that some people who came after us were attended before us. I don’t know what was the reason for this, but it was very frustrating. Be prepared to spend a lot of time at this clinic if you decide to visit it. Both times I went there, it took me around 2-3 hours to finish. Also, the receptionist was very impolite and acted as if we were taking free treatments.

Took my mother to netradeep hospital for cataract operation. Both eyes have been successfully operated without any complications under reasonable package. Dr. Arpan khan is a thorough professional and a gentleman. His staff members are courteous and very helpful. I am very satisfied with there services and recommend others to visit the hospital if needed.

DR Khan is very good doctor and so well behaved. Treat my father so well. But the management of Netralaya Kasba is worst. There is no system. I booked appointment 10 days back in name list of patient at Nos 1. On the day of checkup when we came before time, we were given token 5 instead of 1 and we were said it is FIFO basis. When we demanded for token 1 instead of 5, they only said sorry. Other patients started quarreling with me also. This is so embarassing.

Dr Arpan khan is the best doctor for me and my family. He is patient friendly and he also received my call early morning as we needed some emergency assistance. He gave appointment today at netradeep kasba and my mother eye infection got much relief with the eye drops and ointment just after first use.Thank you so much Sir and all staffs.Sakherbazar also very polite and friendly team.Thank you Sir and everyone. I will highly recommend everyone to get eye treatment at Netradeep.

Your receptionist is too frustrated to even take my name. I've my OT today and they're fighting among themselves. Specially the fair lady is too frustrated by nature to even become a receptionist according to me. A patient coming for operation is already anxious and then these people keep fighting in front of them. Last but not the least, they forgot to call me, I was waiting in the hall after asking twice, what kind of irresponsibility is this!

Dr Arpan Khan is no doubtedly a very good doctor. But the hospital is very bad. Specially the receptionists. Both of the women sitting there is just disgusting. They dnt know how to speak, how to respect people, their time. All patients should be treated equally. Service is not good. It is mentioned that the hospital opens at 10am. If u go and say that you came for eye checkup. They will say we dnt hv any dctr at OPD. Come at 4pm. Seriously, what type of service is this? The receptionists should be first given the proper training how to behave. Patients are going there not for free treatment. So they dnt deserve any kind of attitude or disrespect.

I did the operation of my father in Mar 2019. Excellent service. Dr Khan and other staffs very cooperative. Good service. We are very satisfied. Just discuss the package first and check which lens they are using. Rest is mind blowing.
