Doctor is really good but the rude and unprofessional staffs ruin everything. They don't know the meaning of help! 😤 [Update] The staffs have reached a new low. They did talk rudely, I think from the beginning but now they simply did not "forgot" earlier appointment even booking 3 days earlier and moreover we got the update after reaching there (covering ~100kms) in this covid scenario. The staff do not have an iota of empathy.

Dr Nandini Ray, like a ray of sunshine, is a God's blessing to me. For the last five years, I have been suffering with an eye problem which one Dr would say is Scleratitis, another would call it PUK, yet another would say that it is just dryness of the eyes and so on. Being from Army, I have been moving from one place to another, changed about 3-4 stations and so showed my eyes to so many Drs in Chandigarh, Ferozepur, Delhi, Army Hospitals, etc.,in the hope of getting cured. Every six months I was made to go through 10-12 tests because one Dr after another thought that I have some Immunity disorder that is causing this eyes problem. I have been advised to take taking FML and Eubri eye drops and these have been taking since almost four years as none of the Drs were able to take me off from FML. Luckily, by God's grace, i didn't suffer from any side effects of FML because four years continuing with a single low steroid medicine is very unsafe. When my husband got posted to Kolkata, I sincerely wished and prayed to God for an eye -specialist who can cure my eyes from the problem which has given me many sleepless nights. And then I met Mrs Urmil Goyal, now my friend, in a party here and discussed my problem with her and asked if she can help me. And thankfully enough she took me to Radiant Eye Foundation and introduced me to Dr Nandini Ray. Dr Ray diagnosed my problem in less than 10 minutes and was sure that I have to stop using FML. I was very hesitant but she was so confident about me and explained everything in such a comforting voice that how wouldn't I believe in her. And I followed her instructions thoroughly, and see I am finally on the path to recovery...Dr Nandini Ray, though being a writer, I have a way with words, but today I have no words to thank you🙏🌷. You have given me a new confidence and belief that God is there and He listens to our sincere prayers, only thing is He takes His own sweet time. Two doctors seat here.. Dr Nandini Ray (Ophthalmologist) & Dr Abhrajit Ray (Rheumatologist) both are excellent.

Nandini Roy is an excellent Doctor/ Sureon.My own experience has been extremely good.Other members of her staff were v.poite & helpful.I am much satisfied with B.B.Eye Foudatton as well.

Very Rude behaviour of the staff on the phone on both the landline as well as the mobile no. provided here. They talk as if the person called is begging for her appointment and they talk as if they are obliging us by answering the call. First call at 9am they said we wont talk now call after 10.30am and at 10.35 they say how can you call n ask for appt for the same day.
